Signing up is free. Just create an account on Poderm.com. As soon as your account is created, you join the MyPODERM® program and start earning points on every purchase. Already have an account? Simply log in to access your MyPODERM® space directly.

Yes! Purchases made outside Poderm.com can be taken into account. Simply complete one of the missions available in the MyPODERM® loyalty program and send a photo of your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.). Once validated, your points will be credited to your account.

All members earn 5 points for every €1 spent, convertible into vouchers. Benefits increase according to your tier:

Essentiel (from sign-up):

• 10% off your first order
• Free delivery to a pickup point from €38 spent
• €5 voucher for your birthday

Expert (from €120 spent over 12 months):

• Access to private sales
• Early access to new products
• 1.2x points multiplier
• €10 voucher for your birthday
• Free delivery to a pickup point from €30 spent

Signature (from €200 spent over 12 months):

• Access to private sales
• Early access to new products
• 1.5x points multiplier
• €15 voucher for your birthday
• Free delivery to a pickup point on all your orders

Your status is determined by the total amount of your purchases over a rolling year, which resets each time you move up to a higher tier:

• Essentiel – from account creation
• Expert – from €120 spent over 12 months
• Signature – from €200 spent over 12 months
  

Your points can be converted into vouchers to use on Poderm.com. You can track your points balance and generate your vouchers directly from your loyalty space.
