Enriched with D-Panthenol, known for its moisturizing and protective properties, this treatment helps reduce dehydration and contributes to visibly stronger nails. It forms a protective shield that helps prevent breakage and preserves nail flexibility. The combination of squalane and our Active Complex™ helps nourish and strengthen the nail.

This serum is part of the Nail Boosters range, which includes 6 products designed as targeted preventive treatments. Each formula relies on carefully selected expert actives to precisely address the nail’s needs and enable a personalized care routine. This serum is a preventative and strengthening treatment:

If your nails are already very damaged or brittle: We recommend using our Serum for Fragile & Brittle Nails for intensive repair.
If you want to boost growth and strengthen healthy nails: The D-Panthenol Serum is perfect for maintaining strength and supporting natural growth.

What benefits does D-panthenol offer my nails?

D-Panthenol (or provitamin B5) is renowned for its moisturising and protective properties. By penetrating the nail plate, it helps to retain moisture on the surface of the nail, making it more resistant to everyday wear and tear. Combined with squalane, it nourishes the cuticles for a neat nail contour.

Can I use this serum with my usual nail varnish?

Yes, that’s one of the great benefits of PODERM®. Our serums are permeable. You can apply your nail polish (whether from the Color Strong range or our Nail Corrector Amer) and continue to apply the D-Panthenol Serum over the top every day. The treatment will penetrate the polish to act directly on the nail.

Bitten nails: how can this treatment help my nails grow?

The PODERM® approach consists of two stages, depending on the condition of your nails:

If your nails are currently bitten: We recommend using our specialised Bite-Damaged Nails Serum, formulated to repair damaged tissue.
For prevention and growth: Once your nails are healthy again, D-Panthenol Serum is ideal for strengthening healthy nails and supporting natural regrowth.

PODERM® tip: To stop the urge to bite your nails for good, apply our Bitter Nail Corrector. Its bitter formula discourages oral contact, whilst daily application of the D-Panthenol Serum helps strengthen your new nails.
