PODERM® Bruised Nails Serum repairs and protects blue or black nails caused by repeated micro-shocks, whether during sports such as football, rugby, trail running, skiing or simply by everyday activities.

This serum deeply nourishes and improves the appearance of black or blue nails, which are frequently found in sports. Its unique formulation repairs and strengthens nails traumatised by knocks or rubbing with shoes, leaving them strong and shiny. It also prevents future damage by protecting nails from the effects of wearing closed shoes.

Suitable for anyone who suffers from repeated shocks to the nails, this natural serum is ideal for restoring healthy nails, whatever your level of physical activity.

Here are a few simple tips that can help you take care of your feet as a sportsman :

Wear technical footwear suited to your sport.
Check your shoe size carefully to choose shoes that fit your feet properly.
Keep your feet bare as often as possible to avoid excessive perspiration.
Cut your nails very regularly.
Consult a chiropodist for maintenance of your feet and nails.

Yes, the solution contains vitamins essential to the structure of the nails, helping to maintain strong, beautiful nails. It also prevents the appearance of haematomas under the nails, particularly during sports such as running. The big toe is often affected by repeated shocks to the nails in shoes.

What is the drying time for nail serums?

Poderm serums are not nail polishes, so they do not dry. They act on the nail and form a lipid film on the nail surface.
To accelerate absorption, we recommend gently massaging the serum into the nail and surrounding area for a few seconds.

Are Poderm products resistant to sunlight and UV rays?

PODERM® nail serums do not offer UV protection due to their 100% natural serum-oil formulation. For UV protection, combine PODERM® Color Care and/or Color Strong nail polishes (excluding top coat, base coat, gloss vitality, and gloss éclat), which enhance the nail’s appearance and protect against UV rays while allowing you to continue your treatment (they do not need to be removed).
