PODERM® Ingrown Nail Serum provides immediate and effective relief for ingrown nails. Thanks to its innovative formula, it forms a protective film that instantly reduces pain.

This serum reduces the tension between the nail and the surrounding skin, softening the nail and the thick areas around it to quickly relieve pain. It also makes it easier to cut ingrown and encrusted nails.

Applied daily, it helps prevent the formation of new ingrown toenails by lubricating the contours of the nail to facilitate regrowth. This serum is suitable for adults, children over the age of 3, pregnant women and diabetics. It is specially designed to treat ingrown toenails.

A scrolled nail is a naturally curved nail. It is often accompanied by dry skin and cuticles, and can become sensitive.

Daily application of Ingrown Nail Serum relieves and soothes the area around the nail while nourishing the nail itself. It is useful for prevention and daily care, and is also suitable post-operatively to encourage good nail regrowth.

How can I avoid ingrown toenails?

To avoid ingrown toenails, we recommend that you :

Cut your toenails regularly and correctly (in a straight line and without cutting them too short).
Avoid wearing shoes that are too tight; choose shoes that are suitable for sport.
Leave your feet in the open air at home to avoid excessive perspiration.
Avoid wearing high heels.

How do you cut an ingrown toenail?

To cut an ingrown toenail, start by taking a 15-minute footbath to soften the nail. This will make trimming easier and less painful. Next, cut the nail straight and don't shorten it too much to prevent future ingrowths.

Are Poderm products resistant to sunlight and UV rays?

PODERM® nail serums do not offer UV protection due to their 100% natural serum-oil formulation. For UV protection, combine PODERM® Color Care and/or Color Strong nail polishes (excluding top coat, base coat, gloss vitality, and gloss éclat), which enhance the nail’s appearance and protect against UV rays while allowing you to continue your treatment (they do not need to be removed).

What is the drying time for nail serums?

Poderm serums are not nail polishes, so they do not dry. They act on the nail and form a lipid film on the nail surface.
To accelerate absorption, we recommend gently massaging the serum into the nail and surrounding area for a few seconds.
